The Corporate Coach is a management consulting firm that provides a transformational approach to business consulting, business training, and executive business coaching.

We operate from the philosophy that people and organizations are a network of conversations.

Each conversation elicits a different set of actions that has an executive or organization powerfully be in action or not be in action. Therefore, we look at the conversations executives have about business, their organization, and what they say is or isn’t possible. We have discovered that the future or possibility that executives see for themselves or their organization is the source of their action.

Businesses thrive when language, actions, and commitment work in tandem across all facets of their business.

Working in partnership with leaders in every aspect of their business or organization, we design and create a powerful context for their business and business results. We create a future for their business that shapes the actions they will take for their business. We then establish the speaking, listening, and conversations necessary to build the foundation needed to fulfill on that future and cause the intended business results.

Business Consulting is designed for C-Suite executives.

“Marsha, I want to thank you for the excellent and most effective help you've provided, which literally helped me change my life. When trying to find a way to define the work you do, I keep returning to a martial arts metaphor wherein I see you performing "verbal and psychological Judo" helping your clients reframe their question/problem/dilemma, encouraging a paradigm shift in thinking, overcoming old bad habits, and achieving results."

Workshops & Seminars

Workshop on Effective Communication

What kind of communication produces action? Why is it that some communication produces your desired results and some does not? This workshop focuses on specific distinctions in language and linguistic tools that provides for breakthrough results in communication.

Workshop on Time Management

Are there strategies for being more effective with time? Can time really be managed? Why is it that some people are so effective with time and for others, time is elusive? There are only 24 hours in a day yet for some these are productive hours and for others, they are insufficient for the accomplishment of the projects at hand.  Meet the Founder

Marsha Weiner - Headshot.jpg

Marsha Weiner is an International Business Consultant, Corporate Trainer and Motivational Speaker. She founded THE CORPORATE COACH in 1991, and is a pioneer in the field of executive business coaching.  Her executive business coaching and business consulting is designed in commitment based, action oriented format. She approaches her business engagements from the philosophy that people and organizations are a network of conversations. Each conversation elicits a different set of actions that has an executive or an organization powerfully be in action or not in action. She therefore uncovers with her clients the conversations they have about what is and what is not possible in their business. Once these conversations are discovered and the source of the conversation revealed, her clients can create a new future to live into for themselves and their business. She has observed that her clients discover their potential is limitless and that they are only stopped by the conversations that they have about what is and what is not possible in business.

Marsha has consulted with and coached CEOs, Presidents of companies, Global Directors, Managers and Project Management Teams around the world. She has worked with organizations to transform their organizations in the areas of leadership, executive re-invention, sales and the relationship of effective communication and business results. She also designed and delivered a training program on the Relationship of Effective Communication, Team Building and Business Results for the MBA students at Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, CUNY. Led by her passion for the relationship of language and business results, Marsha strengthens each client engagement by incorporating her comprehensive understanding of corporate sales and marketing.
